I got this for my son for Christmas, and other family members were writing down recipes from this book! There are some really great and interesting combinations/ideas for "grilled cheese."

The book contains a collection of grilled cheeses, soups, mac & cheese, and condiments. Have yet to try any of the grilled cheese recipes, though they are certainly creative and look interesting to try. Have tried one of the soups (Coconut & Carrot) and one of the mac & cheese (Mozz, tomato, pesto) recipes and both were hits. This book is a keeper!
i originally got this to give as a gift but when it arrived and i looked through it i liked it so much i decided to keep for myself. along with the grilled cheese recipes there's also recipes for soup and bread!
Great cook book from one of my favorite places to eat in San Francisco. I love the variation in recipes; and there's more than just grilled cheese! However, I wish there were more pictures of the finish grilled cheeses. I like to compare how mine looks to the professionals.
Wow! An amazing assortment of grill cheese deliciousnessl. Really want to make that grill cheese birthday cake! From simple to more complex recipes, they all sound meltingly wonderful. Great sounding side and soul recipes as well. I hope I get to go to one of their restaurants someday, but in the meantime, I cant wait to make them myself. Great directions, clearly written. Seems all doable. And delicious.
We love this book! Very unique in the combinations. I was happy for the revelation it provided to make a grilled cheese with the combination of provolone and fontina! If you haven't tried that combination, do it. Now.
So much more than a grill cheese cookbook- The soups are wonderful the sandwich combinations are great.
